 Rubina is a Fellow Member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists, Member of the Association of Reflexologists and Member of the Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT). She is also Area Group Leader (Spain) for the Association of Reflexologists (UK).
She qualified at The Raworth College, Dorking, Surrey (UK) in 2000 and has continued to develop her skills with ongoing training and development especially in the field of reflexology, and is trained in Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT) and Stone Sole Therapy.
Rubina believes our emotions play a vital role in our physical health and reflexology can bring about awareness to the mind and body connection. During the treatment, she incorporates lymphatic drainage, intestinal link, hormonal balance, meridian points and advanced pressure techniques to restore balance, induce deep relaxation, boost immunity, release toxins and improve bodily functions.

 Francesca is a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Instructor. Through her use of Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT techniques) and Hypnotherapy, Fran helps clients to free themselves from negative feelings and beliefs; to break addictive behaviour patterns and undo blockages in order to move forward.
As a Hatha Yoga Instructor, Fran likes to incorporate Pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation in her sessions.
Fran studied in Berkeley, California with Marion Rosen for two years and with Sue Brenner, Director of Rosen Centre East Coast for a further two years, completing her internship as a Rosen Practitioner in 1995.

Hilda Jacobsen

 Hilda began studying complementary therapies in the 1980's starting with aromatherapy. She has a diploma in Reflexology from the Bayly School of Reflexology UK, plus a diploma in Massage Therapy from the International Therapy Examination Council UK.
Hilda studied Homeopathy with the British Institute of Homeopathy UK. She has a diploma in Osteopathy and Craniosacral therapy from the IRIS Institute Spain. She is also qualified in Rolphin Technique, Ayurveda, and Lymphatic massage. Hilda is a Level III in Reiki, and a qualified Yoga Instructor. She also has an NLP Practitioner Diploma.
Hilda worked as a volunteer in a shantytown and at the Holistic Centre “Physic” in Nairobi Kenya. For the last 5 years she has been working in Reuma Sol Centre in Alicante, as well as in her private Practice.
Hilda uses all of these therapies and techniques to tailor the therapy to each client's specific needs. She treats each patient holistically, and enables the clients own body to heal itself with the aid of the therapies she provides. She finds her work very fulfilling and rewarding.
