After only 1 week at Renaissance, I have improved my cardio vascular fitness and strength beyond what I could have thought possible! Working with the trainers 1-on-1 each day was fantastic as they were able to tailor the sessions to suit my needs and ability.
There was never a dull moment due to the variety of activities including boxing, hiking, Pilates and yoga meaning I was constantly challenged. This was not only fantastic for my fitness, but also my confidence!
I would recommend Renaissance to anyone wanting to not only ‘get away from it all’ and stay in a luxurious and relaxing Villa with stunning views of the Montgo mountain, but to those who really want to improve their fitness level or kick-start a training regime for an event such as a marathon.
